This charge will reflect the period of use, at the current retail price and the number of years left on the warranty as shown below.
All Guarantees and Warranties DO NOT cover Accidental damage, Soiling or general wear and tear of the mattress. Any misuse or spillages on the mattress will void your Warranty. We recommend using a good mattress protector and follow our mattress care procedure to help prolong the life of your mattress. |

Free Delivery to UK England and Wales Only (Excluding areas mentioned below – Surcharges Apply) · Delivered by our suppliers direct home delivery team · We aim to give as much notice as possible when booking a delivery in · All DHD deliveries will be one or two man, delivered to the room of your choice dependant on access and does not involve any unpacking, on-site assembly or removal of packaging · Please note that refusal may cause the delivery to extend beyond the 7-10 day period · At times customers may be called the day before if there are free slots available on a run. In these instances no messages will be left, as time constraints make it difficult to finalise a run when waiting for responses. However, contact will be made again to arrange delivery within the 7-10 day period · Where possible please provide at least two contact details i.e. mobile number, daytime/evening number and/or an email address. The more contact details we have will increase the likelihood of being able to get in touch · For the safety of your goods, it is compulsory all deliveries are signed for. If for some reason you are not at the delivery address, within the time slot confirmed, the driver may, for convenience attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour to avoid disappointment, however the parcel cannot be left in a safe place e.g. garages, sheds or porches
